Privacy Policy

Effective date: May 3, 2026

Tagged Hunting is built around helping hunters manage tag application workflows. This policy explains, in simple terms, what we collect, why we use it, and how we share it.

Information We Collect

We may collect account details, contact information, authentication data, and information you provide for application planning, such as residency details, state account details, hunt preferences, point history, party information, and authorization confirmations.

We also collect basic usage, device, log, and security information needed to operate, protect, and improve the service. If payments are offered, payment details may be processed by our payment provider.

We may collect non-sensitive advertising attribution details, such as UTM parameters, ad click identifiers, page paths, and referrer hostnames, to understand which campaigns led people to the site. We do not use hunt plans, state credentials, payment details, or application choices for advertising event payloads.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide and improve the service, create and secure accounts, prepare and manage requested application workflows, communicate with you, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, and comply with legal obligations.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the product, with state licensing systems or related vendors when needed to perform authorized application work, or when required for legal, safety, or security reasons.

We use Google Tag Manager to manage analytics and advertising tags. These tags may share online identifiers and campaign attribution with advertising platforms for measurement and ad optimization. You can opt out from Your Privacy Choices, and we honor browser Global Privacy Control signals where available.

Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain records of requested work, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. You may ask us to delete your account or personal information, subject to limits required by law or legitimate operational needs.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No online service can guarantee perfect security, but we treat identity details, state account information, hunt plans, and payment-related data as sensitive by default.

Your Choices

You can choose what information to provide, request account or data deletion, and contact us with privacy questions. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under applicable law. You can also update analytics and advertising tracking from Privacy Choices.

Children

The service is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date above shows when this version became effective.
